By using the Smmzones website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General: Smmzones is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) service provider. By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Account Responsibility: Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service & Refill Policy: All services are for promotional purposes only. Services marked with a refill guarantee may be eligible for refill; however, refill is not guaranteed to restore the exact quantity lost. Refill results may vary depending on provider availability and platform conditions. SMMZones will provide support and submit refill requests where applicable, but the restored amount may be lower than the quantity dropped. No refill or compensation will be provided for username changes, link changes, private accounts, deleted content, or platform-related issues.

4. Orders & Delivery: Once an order is placed,cancellation is not guaranteed. Users may contact support to request cancellation only if the order has not started or completed. In some cases, partial cancellation may be possible; however, SMMZones does not guarantee that any order will be cancelled. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for incorrect links or private accounts.

5. Payments: All payments must be made in advance through the available payment methods, including Razorpay and Manual Binance transfers. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information. For Manual Binance payments, valid payment proof must be submitted for verification. Balances are credited only after successful payment confirmation. SMMZones is not responsible for failed, delayed, disputed, reversed, or incorrect payments caused by payment gateways, blockchain networks, banks, or user errors. Any chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized transaction may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Refund Policy: Refunds may be considered only if a service fails to complete. Refunds will be issued as wallet balance only; no direct bank refunds. No refunds will be provided for duplicate orders placed on the same link/service, regardless of order status, completion, or overlap. Users are responsible for ensuring that duplicate orders are not placed.

7. Prohibited Use: The following actions are strictly forbidden:

- Promoting illegal or misleading content.

- Attempting to hack, abuse, or exploit the system.

- Unauthorized resale or misuse of services.

8. Account Suspension: Smmzones reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability: Smmzones shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services.

10. Amendments: Smmzones reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
